After meal or dessert wine, obtained from a late harvest of Nero d’Avola and Merlot grapes.

By late harvest we mean the official mention of the wine obtained from the bunches left on the vine tree, after the physiological maturation. Before making this type of harvest, the grapes are literally made to wither on the plant. This is aimed at ensuring the concentration of sugars within the fruit itself. In this way we will obtain wines certainly characterized by a greater sweetness, less acids and a more intense taste
